QThe game crashes or freezes — what should I do?
Try closing the app fully and reopening it. If the issue persists, restart your device and ensure your iOS is up to date. Email us if it keeps happening.
QMy progress was lost. Can it be restored?
Uninstalling the app will erase all local progress since game works locally and does not communicate with any remote servers. Make sure iCloud backup is enabled in Settings. If progress was lost after an update or reinstall, contact us and we'll do our best to help.
QI found a bug — how do I report it?
Email us with the level number or screen where you encountered the issue, your device model, and iOS version. We appreciate every report!
